Half the fun (or more!) of potatoes, is the digging around with your hands in the dirt, finding what new surprises lie in wait. It’s a moment of delight when you excavate another edible treasure. We planted these back in April, and were curious to see how our plastic planting tubs would work. They were okay, but we’re going to just grow the potatoes straight in the ground next year.
