How to Make Herbs de Provence


Herbs de provence sounds fancy, but it’s super easy to make, and super delicious to cook with. Here’s how.

This herbs de provence mix is (clockwise above), equal parts dried oregano, tarragon, thyme, fennel, and lavender (in the middle). She also uses rosemary, but we were out of that.

Herbs de provence is classic with chicken. We used this particular mix on slow-roasted chicken on the grill.

Ingredients

  • dried tarragon
  • dried rosemary
  • dried fennel
  • dried oregano
  • dried thyme
  • dried lavendar
