This curry tuna salad has become a go-to lunch when we need something quick, healthy and delicious. Make up a batch and you’re ready for the week. The apples lend a bit of sweetness, and the curry and greek yogurt make for a tart, satisfying flavor.

  1. As I was searching for an image of curry tuna salad, (which I thought I invented years ago. LOL) I came upon your blog. I make mine very similar but use mayo instead of yogurt and white onions no, almonds but that sounds good.
