Dinner at l’Achepot in Brussels

FoodShed’s enjoying a long weekend in Belgium, and sending delicious food updates along the way. (Tres chic, non?) L’achepot in Brussels focuses on a mix of local and southern French dishes, which is kind of like the FoodShed, if you think about it. At any rate, it gets great reviews, so after a long flight from Seattle to London, what a great place to visit for dinner!

And for dessert, baked apples with salt butter and ice cream! With caramel sauce and calvados (an apple brandy from the french region of lower burgundy).
