Warm Huckleberry & Honey Ice Cream Topping
It’s fall on the Key Peninsula in Washington, and the bears are busy eating huckleberries and getting ready to hibernate. We’ve been out picking huckleberries too, so far successfully avoiding our large brown friends. This easy, fresh topping goes great over ice cream. We poured it over some tart frozen yogurt.
