Biscuit on a Stick

A cool Seattle evening is the perfect time to have a little fire outside with friends, pull up some chairs, and sit outside chatting under the stars. Of course, it’s nice to eat something while you’re chatting. Biscuit on a stick is perfect for this occasion.

Pour some bisquick in a bowl. Add water, just a little at a time, stirring as you go, until the dough is just wet enough to stick together. Gather a stick for each biscuit maker (in a pinch, you can use bamboo skewers). Wrap about 1/3 cup of dough around the end of the stick in a hotdog shape, and roast in the fire. Toppings are limited only by imagination.
