Refreshing White Wine & Ginger Beer Cocktail

When it’s hot out, white wine is nice. So’s lemonade. This cocktail is kind of a cross between the two. But more sophisticated. This drink wears white pants and just came from croquet in the garden. Its best friend is Lisa Herlinger.

Squeeze 1/4 lemon into a glass highball-sized glass. Add six ice cubes. Fill half the glass with ginger beer. Fill the other half with a white wine you like. Drop in a few blackberries or raspberries. Swirl with a sprig of rosemary.
